Thought Goal Journal
Your mind is like an extravagant garden.
If you focus on it intentionally over time, it can become indescribably beautiful and bring much pleasure. If you neglect it and leave it to its own devices, soon it will possess a fraction of its former glory. Over time, it will become hardly recognizable as it will be overcome with weeds.
The funny thing about gardens is that if you don’t plant and maintain the flowers, weeds will grow on their own. Everything describing this garden applies to your mind. No one would completely neglect a beautiful garden and expect for it to remain that way. Oftentimes, we do not spend intentional time thinking about what we think about, in other words, doing the necessary gardening of your mind.
This may be out of ignorance of what our thinking does to our brain, or just a lack of discipline to do what is important. This journal is a remedy for either scenario. Most journals are to brain dump onto the page, to organize and remember things. But with this journal (which makes all the difference) we are going to program from the page to your mind a beautiful garden that can grant much pleasure to your life.
